A day to explore some of the need-to-knows about Dorm Life and head to IKEA to get some inspiration and supplies!

Today is devoted to figuring out what are ways that you will deal with the stress of college and keep yourself calm.

Today we will commit to looking at your study habits and identifying which are successful and which are leading to added stress. Where is the best place to study? How do you study best?

Day 4: Health and Wellness
Today our focus is on healthy habits, including eating healthy and selecting some exercise options!
Day 4 Challenge:
- Commit to 3 SPECIFIC healthy eating habits for your freshmen year!
- Commit to a exercise regimen for your freshmen year. What are some specific accountability steps you will be taking?
Day 5: Alternative choices
Today our focus is on making fun, healthy, and smart choices! What are the alternatives? What are ways to have fun and be safe?
